If there is one thing I am over with hosts, its chasing owner block details.
Pictured is a farmer herding pigs with a herding board. This is exactly what it feels like for me, your hospitality partner, to have to chase down your owner block booking details. I am salty and unapologetic about the lack of communication I get from some hosts. And I will no longer be initiating queries about owner stays. From our TOS:
Property owner is responsible for submitting event details and updates by email for owner bookings/blocks. In order for owner events to be accommodated like a regular guest event, the property owner agrees to furnish all details - number of guests/desired arrival-departure times/supply a phone number (if different than owner) for guest welcome text, and entry code. **IMPORTANT** We don’t always receive owner block information from Evolve and when we do, the information gives us arrival/departure dates - PERIOD. DO NOT COUNT ON EVOLVE to send us a notification. YOU are responsible for providing that information by email (no texts or calls) to admin@propertySUPERS.com
If a stager finds guests already in the property on the day of arrival before 4:00 or the submitted desired arrival time, the stager will not finish prestay tasks. If a tech finds guests have not left the property on the day of departure after 10:00 or the submitted desired departure time, and the tech must wait or leave, PropertySUPERS will impose an hourly wait fee of $35 or a TIF (tech inconvenience fee of $65) if the tech can’t perform their duties within a reasonable time frame.
